Active Adults & Athletes
For people who want to stay active, return to training, or keep up with the activities that matter to them.
New Tampa & the Tampa Bay Area
Pain, dizziness, or injury shouldn't keep you from the life you want to live. At Kickstart Physical Therapy, we help active adults and people with complex conditions understand the factors contributing to their symptoms, move with greater confidence, and return to the activities that matter most.

One hour. One patient.
Every visit at Kickstart is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No hand-offs, no divided attention — just a full hour focused on you, your movement, and your goals.
Who We Help
For people who want to stay active, return to training, or keep up with the activities that matter to them.
For people who have tried physical therapy before and are still living with pain, stiffness, or movement limitations.
One-on-one care for dancers, musicians, actors, singers, and other performers, built around your performance activities.
For people whose symptoms have not improved with previous care and who want a more individualized approach.
How Care Works
We take time to understand your symptoms, movement concerns, activities, and goals — so your care starts with the full picture.
Your Doctor of Physical Therapy identifies the factors contributing to your symptoms and builds an individualized plan around them.
Your plan is reassessed and adjusted as you progress, keeping treatment connected to the activities you want to return to.
